The “Train, Intern, and Hire” model is a comprehensive learning journey where students train in specialized skills, intern with CashCry or partner companies, and then, based on their performance, can immediately get hired.
The training phase offers in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in fields such as technology, marketing, and creative domains. Students engage in live projects and practical sessions conducted by industry experts, focusing on skills like digital marketing, software development, data analytics, and content creation.
Students are selected through a rigorous application and interview process to ensure we enroll candidates with high potential and commitment to the program.
The training program typically spans several weeks, during which students participate in intensive learning sessions and project work. The exact duration will be communicated during the admission process.
After completing the training phase, selected students will intern with CashCry or its partner companies. This phase provides real-world exposure to startup environments and business operations, allowing students to apply their newly acquired skills in a professional setting.
Interns are selected based on their performance during the training phase, including project work, assessments, and overall participation. A minimum of 10% of the students (at least 3 students per batch) will be offered a paid internship.
The duration and stipend for the internship will be communicated to selected students at the time of the offer.
After the internship phase, a minimum of 10% of the students will be considered for job placements either within CashCry or with partner companies. Job offers are based on the intern’s performance during the internship, company needs, and role availability.
Roles are available across various fields like technology, marketing, creative domains, and business operations, depending on the needs of CashCry and partner companies.
